This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) informs you of Fieldlens and its affiliates’ policy with respect to the online collection, use, and disclosure of personal information on the websites owned or managed by Fieldlens, Inc. or its Affiliates (“Fieldlens”) and that link to or reference the Privacy Policy, including (each individually a “Website” and collectively the “Websites”).  As used in the Privacy Policy, the term “Affiliates” means, any other Person that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Fieldlens.  The term “control” (including, with correlative meanings, the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”) as applied to any Person means the possession, direct or indirect, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of such Person, whether through the ownership of voting securities or other ownership interest.  The term “Person” means any individual, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, unincorporated organization or association, any trust, or any other business entity.

This Privacy Policy applies to information that Fieldlens collects: (i) on the Website, (ii) in e-mail, text and other electronic messages between you and the Website, (iii) through mobile and desktop applications you download from the Website, and (iv) when you interact with Fieldlens’s advertising and applications on third-party websites and services, if those applications or advertising include links to this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by Fieldlens offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Fieldlens or any third party (including Fieldlens’s Affiliates and subsidiaries) or any third party, including Fieldlens’s Affiliates and subsidiaries, including through any application or content, including advertising, that may link to or be accessible from or on the Website.

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Fieldlens does not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.


Fieldlens may amend, change, modify, add, or remove provisions of this Privacy Policy.  Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this site.  You are encouraged to check this site from time to time.  By continuing to access or use of the Website following the posting of any amended, changed, or otherwise modified provisions to the Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you agree with the changes, modification, and amendments.


If you do nothing during your visit but browse/search through the website, read pages, or download information, Fieldlens will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally. Fieldlens automatically collects and stores only the following information about your visit:

  • The Internet domain and IP address from which you access the Website;
  • The type of browser and operating system used to access the Website;
  • The date and time you access the Website;
  • The length of time you spent on the Website;
  • The pages you visit;
  • The search term(s) used in our search engine; and
  • If you linked to the Website from another website, the address of that website.

The above is collectively referred to as “Usage Information.” The Usage Information is used to make the Website more useful to visitors, to learn about the number of visitors to the Website and the types of technology that visitors use.

Fieldlens does not knowingly solicit personal information from individuals under the age of 18 or send them requests for personal information. No information should be submitted to Fieldlens by an individual under the age of 18.


Fieldlens may use your IP address and Usage Information to administer the Websites, to help diagnose problems with servers, to analyze trends, to track users’ webpage movements, to help identify you, and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.


The Website may use technology called a “cookie” to collect information about how you use the Website.  Cookies reside on your computer and help the Website to recognize your computer’s browser as a previous visitor.  In addition, on occasion, the Website may also set a “session cookie” which helps Fieldlens administer the Website.  The session cookie expires when you close your browser and does not retain any information about you after it expires.


If you choose to provide Fieldlens with Personal Information by sending an e-mail to Fieldlens or by filling out a form with your Personal Information and submitting it through the Website, Fieldlens will use that information to respond to your message, to fulfill your request, and to assist Fieldlens in providing you with information.

Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, Fieldlens cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, Fieldlens cannot and does not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Fieldlens does not disclose, share, release, publish, disseminate, rent, or sell any Personal Information to any third parties.


The Websites may offer applications, products and/or services, which may be offered by Fieldlens.  You may you use a customer order form on the Website to request information, products, and services.  The customer order form and the user registration form may ask you to give Fieldlens contact information, financial information, such as a credit card number, and demographic information, such as your age or zip code.

Fieldlens will use the financial information provided on the customer order form or the user registration form to bill you for the applications, products and/or services which you purchase.  By providing your financial information and related Personal Information, you are authorizing Fieldlens to give that information to the financial institution in order to confirm and fulfill your order.  Fieldlens may use a third party to process online payments and therefore you authorize Fieldlens to transfer your financial information and related Personal Information to such third party to process your order.

Fieldlens will use the Personal Information from the customer order form and the user registration form to fulfill your purchase.  Fieldlens may use the Personal Information to contact you when necessary.


While the Website may provide links to external sites as a matter of convenience, Fieldlens is not responsible for any third-party website, the privacy policy of any third party website, or how the third party treats information about their users.  Fieldlens strongly advises that you review the privacy policy of any third party websites to find out how they are using your information.


Fieldlens may disclose aggregate information about users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

Fieldlens may disclose personal information that Fieldlens collects or you provide as described in this privacy policy:

  • To Fieldlens’s subsidiaries and affiliates.
  • To contractors, service providers and other third parties Fieldlens uses to support its business.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or the sale or transfer of some or all of Fieldlens’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Fieldlens about its Website users is among the assets transferred

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Website and visiting your account profile page.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website or if you delete your account, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by the website terms of use.


Fieldlens has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure. However, the safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you, or where you have chosen, a password for access to certain parts of the Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You must not share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although Fieldlens attempts to protect your personal information, Fieldlens cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to the Website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. Fieldlens is not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy setting or security measures contained on the Website.
